Not only does this cookbook celebrate delicious and wholesome recipes, but it also makes a meaningful difference – 100% of its proceeds are donated to the KidsAbility Foundation. This incredible organization supports over 11,000 children, youth, and families each year, helping them achieve their goals at home, in school, and in their communities.

For Josie’s project, we captured a blend of headshots, portraits, and lifestyle photos in her home and kitchen. These images brought a personal and authentic touch to her cookbook, highlighting both her vibrant personality and the heart behind her work. Josie’s energy and dedication to such an amazing cause made this photoshoot truly special. And, as an alumni of SJK School (coincidentally also a client of ours), Josie, her book, and our photos were featured on their website as well!

Last spring, had the pleasure of working with Bolormaa Boldbaatar, a lifestyle coach with an incredible background in trauma-informed practices such as EMDR, hypnosis, and more. We spent two days creating a collection of images that truly reflect who she is and what she offers. The first day, we ventured outdoors in the spring, surrounded by blooming lilacs that perfectly complemented Bolormaa’s vibrant energy. The second day, we focused on more formal headshots and branding photos in my Kitchener studio, capturing her in a professional yet approachable light.
