It was an absolute pleasure working with Josie Schwartz, the self-published author of the inspiring cookbook Spilling the Greens. Not only does this cookbook celebrate delicious and wholesome recipes, but it also makes a meaningful difference — 100% of its proceeds are donated to the KidsAbility Foundation. This incredible organization supports over 11,000 children, youth, and families each year, helping them achieve their goals at home, in school, and in their communities.

For Josie’s project, we captured a blend of headshots, portraits, and lifestyle photos in her home and kitchen. These images brought a personal and authentic touch to her cookbook, highlighting both her vibrant personality and the heart behind her work. Josie’s energy and dedication to such an amazing cause made this photoshoot truly special.  And, as an alumni of SJK School (coincidentally also a client of ours), Josie, her book, and our photos were featured on their website as well!
