We want to help your business and brand reach new heights with professional photography and videography. Though our studio is located in Kitchener, we are happy to come to you with portable studio equipment, or to arrange a studio space closer to your location.

Our Process
Running a business is no small feat. We know that you’re busy, and we want to make this process efficient for you. Toggle through the steps below to learn what you can expect:
First, send us an email
Please provide us with all the information that you have so far regarding the type of images or video that you are aiming to create. We aim to respond within 1-3 business days.
Consultation
We want to make sure we understand what you need and how to best serve you, so we may ask you a few additional questions by email, or set up a video call.
We provide a quote
We may need to ask you a few additional questions in order to gauge the scope of work before we can provide an accurate quote based on your needs.
Booking
We will book a date for your shoot based on everyone’s mutual availability.
Photoshoot
With respect to headshot sessions in particular, we know that photoshoots aren’t everyone’s cup of tea. We work hard to make you feel comfortable and at ease!
Gallery delivery
Unless otherwise agreed upon, you will receive a gallery of images from our session within 1-3 business days from which you will be able to pick your favourites for retouching.
Retouching
With respect to photography, selected photos will be professionally retouched and returned to you in the agreed-upon time. With portraits in particular, skin and hair will be edited to present you in the best possible light, with natural results.
Image return
For photography services, images will be returned to you either by download link or in a gallery from which you can download the full resolution files. All images will be provided as high resolution JPG files (unless otherwise preferred), with no watermark. Video content will be provided in 4k resolution.
