Magazine Editorial Photographer | Kitchener | Jody Palubiski

Jody Palubiski, the award-winning CEO of the Charcoal Group of Restaurants, is a driving force behind some of Southern Ontario’s most iconic dining establishments, including Beertown Public House, Charcoal Steakhouse, and Wildcraft. Honoured by Food Service and Hospitality Magazine as Independent Restaurateur of the Year, Jody’s vision and leadership have reshaped the hospitality landscape with innovative concepts and a commitment to community.

For this editorial, I collaborated with Jody and his team at Beertown’s Burlington location to create a series of polished and engaging portraits – two of which were selected for the final editorial piece. These images were featured in the magazine’s in-depth profile celebrating his accomplishments and the Charcoal Group’s remarkable legacy.
